📦 Shipping + Processing
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days (U.S. only). You'll receive tracking info once your order is on its way!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes!
💍 Products + Materials + Maintenance
Q: Are your items safe for sensitive skin?
A: Yes! All of our jewelry is made with stainless steel or surgical steel which is hypoallergenic, perfect for sensitive skin and long-term wear.
Q: What gauge are the nose rings?
A: All nose rings are 20G, which is the standard size for most piercings.
Q: Can I shower and sleep in my jewelry?
A: We do not recommend sleeping or showering in your jewelry for safety reasons and longevity, however if you do please be sure to clean it regularly.
Q: How should I clean my jewelry?
A: Mix antibacterial soap & water or saline solution and soak your jewelry in there for around 3-5 minutes. Use a small brush to loosen dirt. Pat dry with a paper towel. Lastly, use soft cloth sent with your package to shine the jewelry.
You can also use the soft cloth to give it a quick wipe down after every use.
🎁 Custom + Personalized Orders
Q: How do I leave my name for custom items?
A: On the product page, type your name or word in the “Order Notes” box before checkout. If you miss it, you can always email us your order number and name right after purchasing.
💌 Returns + Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to hygiene and the nature of body jewelry, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order or a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment options at checkout.
